Ia is really growing up fast, pretty soon she will be off to college. And I love it even though the kids are getting big y'all still do Valentine's Day for them, may that tradition continue when they are grown and I hope Ia continues in her sports. And baby Ila is growing fast! Oh I think Isaac if it doesn't become his main career will be a chef even if it 's just a hobby. I know this isn’t a recent video but I’m a massage therapist and I would recommend getting abtheragun and using it in your shin splints because it’s a lot more effective than ice. I used to get shin splints from gymnastics and track so I know it hurts, but yeah massage or at least a theragun will do more than ice.
