If you can relay greetings to them. It was a real treat seeing them in my skies. I see many aircraft going in and out of AMARC, but a gem like the Kfir is very rare. The last time I saw a Kfir was in the late 80's. Greetings from the USA, and many thanks for the reply.

Well, these fighters are an awesome creation of IAI who developed a faster, lighter and very lethal combat aircraft Colombian Air Force has updated all aspects in their units to accomplish combat and tactics data in flight, missions in day and night they've great accuracy !

IAI, has developed great fighter units. Colombian Air Force is known as the best DOG FIGHTERS in the South American Continent... A - T 29 Braziian and Colombian aircrafts are coming in the next RED FLAG... Canada is holding these South American Fighters for the MAPLE Canadian contest .. Usa will win again.. Colombia as a South American allied to US.. will do it too !! Colombians are our great PARTNER IN SOUTH AMERICA !

Yes old cells, but these were just updated and equipped with (ECM) EL/L-8222, look at the square pod next to the fuselage under the wing (this is good stuff, can confuse very modern fighters or AA stations), also bigger nose to host an ELTA 2032, I heard that they've got a kill during the excercise, I dont know the victim.

I think than the best option if the fac wants buy new jets the best option are the f-16 o f-18 because the Kfir are so old

the kfir block 60 upgrade is even better than the f18 in some roles and its well fit for todays battle field !

kfir is just 3 year older to f-16 and yf-17 is just the same with kfir and lately developed as f-18

So change an old platform for another old platform... Seems legit. Actually Colombia is looking into the Eurofighter trench II or upgraded Gripen C/D... Perhaps Brazilian Gripen E.
