Now I understand! This just changed my life.... Thank you. I admit, it is weird to see this footage, and it is beyond my dreams to see it, but it also highlights my failing as a swordsman. At least some of them wear glasses, I think?...and may we never put the sword back in its scabbard...without first removing our thumbs or digits from the 'opening'. Sincerely, I thank you

good to see that the old masters use their all upper body. nowadays the sword stroke is very stiff. they use only the shoulders; in my opinion it is better to strike fiercefull with more strenghed than only mechanical shoulder movement. this movie is a great example
