Clara Flos it was taken by a drone during the filming if season 1 They were practicing stage slaps, I've seen the full minute version from different angles. Iain kinda claps his hands to make the noise and Chloe reacts (that's the simplified version of stage slaps anyway)

Nothing. It's a prop for the episode so it could have been any liquid. It doesn't have to be colored water to be used it could be glass cleaner or anything. No one is supposed to drink it. The prop makers just need it to look a specific way and do that anyway they can. So it was dangerous and risky for him to drink it. Plus even if it was just water there were other junk in it and it couldn't have tasted good.
