It doesn't matter that superman is from a different planet, he was raised on earth -_- He is an orphaned kid whose biological parents went kablooey along with his planet. He's also an un creative, over powered fool 👓 that the writers have to constantly find ways to nerf... Like his one weakness -_- the green rock that everyone always seems to have on them. Every western superhero comic is just a variant of the hero's journey, so the characters are what drive the story, and superman is one of the least interesting... A man that flies around in his lucky underwear, "saving people" from incidents that happen for no reason other than to be used as a plot device. The villains -_- god the villains... their character motivation is just pathetic... one butt hurt about his friendship and another wants to take over the planet cause... the heck do i know -_- probably something simple like 'i have power and the people on earth don't' Also why the heck did the writers make an older cousin that looks up to him -_- She has no character of her own, no individual personality... She was raised on another planet, but there is not one interesting thing about her -_- Not to mention, she has absolutely no motivation at all to be a hero but yet she does it -_- Just cause... if a man does, a woman should too -_-
