I do wish there was a way to just force delay in training mode. My main issue with the rollback is that it locks your delay frames at 3 and since you can't set that in training mode, ggoing back and forth between the lab and matches feels weird.

@@kakanugroho294 it's actually better here, it's basically a projectile which is slow moving but will chase down the player though I don't believe it can be deflected unless the opponent hits you and disrupts it. it instead drains the oppoenent's sp and the player gains the sp it stole

Tbh, I feel the FGC not showing enough respect to the Persona Arena games. They have a large roster, unique and fun mechanisms, fully dubbed story modes, and original characters not even exist in the main games of the series.

This combo was ridiculous. Not going to lie it took a day and afew hours on my end. But I managed to do the 99 plus combo. After that I drop the game. I wasn't that good with fighting games. I was mainly a Tekken n DOA player around that time.

Good job Justin . Combos seem so frustrating in this game. Not only you gotta get the timing on the moves in the combo but then you also have to get down timing on how long to hold the button . Either holding for too long or not enough even though you hit the right button. wtf I probably wouldn't have put that together as why the combos were not working. Not sure if this game was a great entry point in fgs for Persona fans. But if Arcsys made a P5 fg with their modern fg style then it would be big, maybe close to DBFZ. But right now it's too late for P5. If there's ever a new Persona fg it will be based on P6 and include some old chars.

If we have a persona 5 arena I want the shadows to be the default play style. The shadows are the ones that have the cool combos but The regular are still better. Not universally but for most part regular forms are allround better

you referring to the auto-combos? most of the normal autos are seen as better though there are some exceptions like yukiko's old auto is better then the new auto she got and the shadow uses her old one. the receptions of shadows are kind of funky as it is fun to pull of frenzy combos but many feel like they shouldn't come back in a future entry because they introduce balance issues, 1.1 they were mostly irrelevant with a few exceptions and in 2.0 most of them are superior (except s.rise, she still sucks) and note not everyone has a shadow and said characters are don't are built around the awakening gimmick which shadows don't really use (they do have innate awakening supers but they don't have the stat boosts awakening gives)
