IAM Authentication with Amazon Aurora MySQL

Hi, nice video, is there a way to know what IAM user accessed to Aurora cluster? because in the Audit logs, only DB users and IP is recorded; in my case, every user is passing through a proxy, so info in the Audit logs is the same for everyone, same DB user and same IP, so I don't know who really logged in the database.

How to increase token lifespan of 15 minutes to 90 days or xxdays. Will the token be placed in application at password ? If token expires for every 15 minutes, how my application connect each time?
