The pig is a reference to the current prime minister. Hungary had a poet in the 1910s called Ady Endre, who started to compare presidents to pigs.

Just a short sidenote: in the video you can often see a symbol, the logo of the "Natonal" tobacco shops. Now these shops are special, because their numbers are limited, and they have monopoly on the sale of tobacco in Hungary, and everywhere the governing party's local people got the concessions for some 25 years to open up these lucrative shops. So they are the symbols of corruption here...
