A minmax 25-man raid team has at least 1 enhance, and can easily justify bringing two.

Hi thx for info-- i think you can omittimg storm reach(+range 2 points.). with lev60 your totem range is only 20yrds and cause of speed running you re mostly standing near melee grps for totem buffing.. im thinking about omittng it also on lev 70.in early phase. Most time you are in 5 ppl groups(instanz) with near grp range and totem range is 30yrd with totemic mastery...same 30yrds as your lighning bolt....
