I have given my everything for this as it was very expensive. You have a God gift that ur born in Kullu n have a home there. Ethna tourist hai ki karne wala insan bahut kuch kar sakta hai. Bus Sharm mat karna stating mai Ambani bhi petrol pump pe kaam karta tha. Start with a single room and use lots of social media be friends with people of Delhi Noida type areas. Honestly that is in fact a possibility, which is why you would need to have emergency + running capital funds. Please not you may or may not get business for a few months but if the property is unable to generate profits for 6 months of a year then you have the wrong property + location.

Example for one my booking (amount in USD) Guest paid: 231x3 691.53 cleaning fee: 150.00 guest service fee: 118.00 Total 960.33 Now coming to host payout Host payout 771.00 Cleaning fee 150.00 nightly rates adjustment -85.47 Host service fee -35.35 Total 816.28 which means they charge 15%...
