I've been using the Reactivate hair serum from litlllextra for the last month and completely switched from my old serum for the last two months. It's working fantastic. I just apply it one time every day with the spray pump included with the serum. It's very simple to use, not oily, and without any fragrance. The hair growth results are up to now so great, and it's just one month only and I will keep to apply it.

Any time a person’s appearance changes involuntarily, it can really take an emotional toll. The feeling of loss of control, confusion, struggling to figure out the cause, not being taken seriously by others/potentially by doctors…when we consider the bigger picture, it’s not *just* about the hair. Adding to that-hair can be a “canary in a coal mine” when it comes to our overall health. Because it isn’t an essential process, it can be one of the first things our body will let go of when struggling. So if you have noticed sudden hair loss without explanation, it really doesn’t hurt to check in with your body & your doctor. Even if the cause is “just” stress, your doctor should be able to offer you some suggestions for healthy coping mechanisms. It’s definitely a journey, & if you’re going through it, my heart is with you❤️ I promise you’re not as alone as you feel.

Hair is not "just hair" It is so valuable in saying so much about us that when we lose it then we know why we hold value to it. When my father had cancer and lost all of his hair I didn't care about it. But, when the hair started to grow back I felt like it was such a sign that he was getting better. He passed away with such healthy looking hair that I felt like for the way the illness ravished his body he had at least a part of himself back that he throughout his life had been complemented the most about. His smile and his hair. xoxo

Superb tips Charlotte. Dealing with severe hair fall can be frustrating, and I understand how this feel. I went through a similar experience last year, and despite trying various remedies, nothing seemed to work. However, I didn't give up and continued my search for a solution. In my journey, I found that incorporating natural hair oils and practicing yoga were effective in promoting healthy hair growth. But what made a significant difference for me was using the Littleextra Cocoonion natural shampoo and hair oil. These products are formulated with natural ingredients that nourish and strengthen the hair from the root to the tip. I understand that everyone's hair is unique, and what worked for me may not work for you. However, based on my experience, I would highly recommend giving these tips a try. Don't lose hope, and keep trying until you find what works best for you. And remember, patience and perseverance are key in overcoming hair fall concerns.

I went through this. I've had hair below my bum for my entire life and it's a big part of my identity, not just beauty but a reflection of my culture. I'm British but my grandparents are from India and hair rituals and beauty has been passed down through generations. I started to get huge bald spots and lost most of my hair. I saw my doctor, got treatment and eventually cut it all off and start from scratch because massive bald spots, long hair and thinning ends was not a look LOL but I came home after my hair cut and cried. I was no longer the Indian girl with beautiful, long hair that strangers would compliment. People say 'it's just hair' but hair is a reflection of our identity and health and unless you go through hair loss, there are no ways to explain to someone how you feel about it without people thinking it's just about our looks. If you are going through this, just know you are not alone. Thank you Charlotte for being so brave and open about this, many people going through a similar experience will find comfort in this. Thank you so much for this. I’ve been struggling with hair loss since I was 18 (now 20) and recently it’s been a lot worse. My temples are faded and lots of my thickness in the back is gone. I used to have incredibly thick hair and now it’s just limp dry and thin. I am considering getting a cut soon to cut it short to help with growth and less maintains. I have severely itchy scalp. It’s awful how much it’s taken over my life. I’ve cried and just wanted to be alone countless of times. I’ve constantly question wether if I did lose all of my hair would anyone love me. It’s hard. So thank you, sometimes I forget I’m not alone and everything will be okay.

“It’s just hair” is usually said by people who have not gone trough a big hair fall.. I’ve been going through hair loss struggles for years now and it is not quite easy to tackle. I’m going through the same health struggles but also a lot of emotional trauma/ stress and exhaustion. And I can’t do much about it at the moment :/ The loss of hair feels like losing your power to be abundant in health, beauty and sexual life energy. Because I’ve went through soul killing traumatic things in my life when the only beauty and wealth as a woman I felt like a had was deteriorating, it felt like dying.. hair does not make or define you as a woman does not mean you stop wanting those long healthy luscious locks.

I've been dealing with hair loss for over a year now. For someone who's always had thick hair, I didn't worry much cause I thought I was just shedding. But nowadays its so bad that every time I brush my fingers through my hair a bunch of strands come out and i can feel how much it has thinned. Last night I found a grey hair and lowkey died inside. It's honestly such a traumatic experience especially cause I'm at an age where this SHOULDN'T be happening. It doesn't help that other people think you're overreacting. I took a blood test an the doctor said it's normal but I have been having frequent anxiety attacks, so I think that might be the reason.

All hair types are beautiful, I think it’s very unusual even for sick people to need to cut it though. I’m glad you are helping people to stop demonizing self care. Also glad that you make it clear that nutrition and stress play a role. I got terribly sick over hurricane Katrina when we were under stress and hanging around people that hate for anyone to have nice long hair. Nutrition and not limiting yourself with toxic people is so important.

i've had fairly thick and straight hair when i was a kid and it looked pretty until i became like between 13/14 and it started to fall out and it was just dry and ugly and i know people are gonna say "it's just hair" but you know it hurts to like see girls have healthy long hair and yours is just...you can't even style it and hair adds so much to someone's appearance that i knew i lacked something and it made my self esteem so so bad. my mom is not the kind of woman to know products and take care of her appearance so much so that kind of mindset was passed to me and i just let it fall out despite everything bc i didnt know what to do. it's only 2 years ago (im 19 now) that i decided to go to a doctor, someone who was so so pessimist they literally told me there's no going back it made me cry, i still tried all kinds of shampoos pills and treatments i was recommended and it didnt work. 6 months ago i went to another doctor and he actually was positive and gave me hope and apparently it was hormonal problems. my hair is still pretty thin and definitely not good enough to style it and feel pretty but it's better than before. it still makes me upset so im sorry for the rant just hoping for good results at the end.

Just at the right time - a refreshing heart felt video with no weird instant solutions. In my case my very long hair just snapped off on one side half way down because of a hairdressing mistake 3 months ago and has been terribly depressing. This afternoon I finally decided to face the problem and see two new hairdressers: first one was no use (quite aggressive in the end and just a product seller) and the second understood the whole problem and suggested the right cut to balance the sides so I got an appointment x next week. Feeling quite happy on my way home and have accepted it has to be cut. Actually my hair is quite strong at the roots which are growing quite well, doing scalp massage and purifying systems, adding nuts pistachios etc to my diet, stopped all sugary stuff, yes well really liked your approach and synced completely with you, thanks you’re so sweet and nice

I am so glad I come across your video. I have literally been through exactly what you described you have went through but my hair loss has been drastically noticeable in just the past 3-4 months. I recently had covid in that time and ended up losing my grandmother from covid as well and the stress of taking care of my children(5 year old son and 1 year old daughter) on top of me being sick then losing my grandmother all during that has really taken a toll on my hair. I had such long and beautiful curly wavy hair and started noticing it coming out in clumps about a month and half ago and I done exactly like you and decided to cut my hair because of the long stringy look it had started to get. So now I have hair to my shoulders and I know its the best thing for my hair to be able to start getting healthy but I just don't feel like myself without my hair. I've cried and cried till I cant cry anymore. Your video has given me a new look at it and taught me that its gonna take time and patience. My hair is my security blanket of a sort and when you said hair is not just hair I felt that because its definitely not just hair to me, its the one thing that makes me feel like me and even though its depressing to look at right now it wont be like this forever!💗

I had super long/shiny/strong hair for all my adolescence, then at 18 I chopped them off into a super nice pixie cut. People criticized my choice but I kept repeating: "it's only hair, it will grow again". Started to take less care of it slowly and did not use vitamins/supplements. Little did I know... At 28 years old I got seriously ill and they fell down heavily, I had to cut them really short. Medications triggered an hypothyroidism so, even if I healed from that s***t, I now have to live with hormonal struggles and constant hairloss! They also got 65-70% white. Here I am at 36 years old, hating my head, obsessing over it and fighting tons of white. I now realize they were part of me and my identity, there were silently part of my comfidence and I was giving them for granted. I die inside when I see someone with amazing hair, probably I should shave it off and buy a high quality wig, to suffer less. It really hurts 😢

Imagine being a incomplete paraplegic paralyzed from the knees down and only feeling sexy as a woman with hair because I can’t wear high heels, I can’t dance, my legs have braces on them and I really felt beautiful with my hair, now I burnt hair and it’s at my ears and even that looks so damaged! I don’t have the face for a pixie cut so I am getting it trimmed literally every 6 weeks it’s been 9 months now since this happened to me and still my hair is taken for ever to get back to even so /so and I have supper supper thick hair, so yeah! It might be first world problems but in all seriousness it’s a lot for a woman a lot!!

It is the luck of the wash 😭 I have thin fine hair naturally. When I was 16 I buzzed all my dyed hair off and started to regrow it from the root. I’m now 23 and my hair is to my lower ribs. I cut about 3inches a year, I do monthly dusting to any split ends throughout the hair, and I don’t heat style. I feel like hair is an extension of ourselves and we should always respect, love and take care our being! I loved this video thank you for some truth!

Thank you so much for this video. Reading everyone's comments, am very similar to them. I have been losing a lot of hair pass couple of years. Recently my hair has started to fall out even more. It's making me feel so down, despressed and upset. I will try your tips out. Thank you for your honesty. God bless you.

It means so much to know my story has helped. I am also thankful for everyone who has left comments. It's unfortunate how hair is the first sign to shed when health issues are present in the body. Praying for you're peace and healing!

I used to have hip length hair so thick I couldn’t hold them in one grab it’s used to burn my scalp with weight yet here I am it’s all shedded and I don’t think anyone gets how much emotional baggage it carries I feel like my whole blues circle around my hair I just can explain how I feel.

Try pumpkin seed oil or sweet almond oil masks. You just massage one or the other oil into scalp leave in for 5 hours then wash out. So good for hair regrowth and smoothness and shine 👌🏼

You’re so beautiful inside and out! And I agree, I know people do say it’s just hair, but it’s apart of your identity, so when you have gorgeous hair or cover it up with tape/fusions/wefts you don’t really pay attention to how others with hair issues actually feel less whole. It’s a struggle but there are definitely underlying causes at play and when you address those, your skin and hair will flourish ❤️

I have an autoimmune disease and take harsh drugs, you’re the first person I’ve come across that addresses sickness and I can’t thank you enough. I also loose hair from going under anesthetic, all upsetting and the pits. I’ve written down all your suggestions, Thank You! I’d like to add some for anyone else out there who is suffering. Biotin, yes silica with zinc, vitamin d, and a vitamin called viviscal, also when we’re chronically sick we don’t absorb nutrients so I take larger quantities of those vitamins for them to work. And finally I have been derma rolling my hair and it honestly has helped a lot. Thank you again for helping and good luck to everyone else out there.

You might want to add Iron, D, B12 and selenium. They are essential for the hair. You can lose all of your hair without Iron, D, etc. I have auto immune disorders, too. It's tough, isn't it? Makes us sick and even takes our hair! I also lost hair due to thyroid and parathyroid disorders I didn't even know I had. All this, causing hair to fall out by the handful, and even became dry. Good luck to you!

@@LDiamondz Hi, thank you for writing and passing along your advice. I take everything but selenium. I’m sorry you have to deal with all of that. Try derma rolling, I think it helps. All my best to you too. 🌷🌷
