I record myself when I’m going through things. Or if I’m mad at someone and I need to get the 🤬 out. Then I can calm down some and have a intelligent convo, I tell people all the time they should implement this technique because it really helps. CJ, just a suggestion: when your leave-out or scalp gets wet from sweat, rain, don't touch it with your hands. Once hair is dry, you can brush or comb it, tie it up etc. Old school hack that works for me.
