Hi in fact I don't know what to say. But thanks so much for waking me up sis Am in my 50s and could you believe I don't know my skin type? What l know is am fair. My forehead ,my legs and arms are always dark when I was younger I used queen Elizabeth cocoa butter with African black soap and people get jealous of my skin can imagine? But you have opened my mind now. Presently from 2020 I started using Nivea Q10 and still African black soap but this time I added some honey and palm kennel oil. Hey, you could definitely try sugar scrubs as they are gentler. When using scrubs try not to apply too much pressure and make sure your body lotion or body butter is really moisturising. Also try to build your exfoliation tolerance try using body scrubs once a week. If this doesn't work then look into body polishes (they are gentler than body scrubs) or you can opt for a chemical exfoliant for the body. I hope this helps💗
