I love how he flipped the Jagged Edge. Keeping the main chord progression and modulating it on the end. Then he completely flipped everything else. Not to mention the freestyle itself was 🔥 but to have been dope enough to convert to an actual song! This dude is a generational talent foreal. I think he dropped the ball on this one. This could have been one of the craziest songs he’s ever dropped. First part half was fire but I think he should have rewritten the second half properly instead copying exactly what he said in the freestyle. EB is my favourite R&B artist right now and has been for a minute, not hating but just giving my opinion 🤍
