Wood apple is called vlangya in Malayalam. You can add tamarind and jaggery to the pulp and eat it. It’s the traditional way to eat it. In maharashtra, it comes to the market a day before shivaratri and is the traditional prasadam. In Panama, they make milkshakes out of it.

Laura is a brave women with kind heart, simple, humple and honourable personality. No words to express her ability, I am so proud of her individuality, A women with great knowledge about plant kingdom fruits and so on.
