The point that only few movies deserve to watch on cinema during these decades and it's a very long time , and middle class which is majority in India don't want to waste money and time in theaters and we can't wait to watch it on TV. Puri tarah se Dara dena with some culprits) Second: Government will impose a All-In-One Subscription pack which will include all the ott services for the indians at affordable prices, For example- a pack of all otts at 2.5rs or 3rs x 365 days= 912 or 1096. (or even lower) And a monthly subscription. (Which will be at a little high price.) I don't think ott service provider or any user will have any problem. As the population of India is the highest in the world. And the law of piracy is strict, so consumers should afford it.

The problem is that for 1 month of ott subscription is 300 rs and avarage 2 hour of movie stream in 1080p consume 4 gb of data so in india 1 gb cost 5 rs so we heve to recharge of 20 rs to watch each movie so if a watch 20 movies in a month it cost 400 rs so 300+400 = 700 rs so an india have to spend 700 rs per month to watch movies and only in 250 rs recharge we can watch more than 50+ movies

Yes there's a piracy problem in our country and it's a very serious issue needs to be taken care of, and as a filmmaker it does makes me feel stressful about the people who work in this industry and their life depends on it. However, today there's dozens of OTT platforms regulate and provide the service and it's not simply affordable for a common Indian to subscribe each and every one of, where they can watch their own favorite shows or movies. If we come with such a solution where a platform should be able to provide movies and TV shows on single place where we can watch any film and series available on a single platform and at a affordable price. I think then there would be chance of improvement. Government can't escape from this issue just by banning the sites which pirates movies or TV shows, they should also come with an affordable and easily accessible platform that offers to explore the cinema at one place.

And whoever produces all this always makes sure that the margin is well covered of all this piracy stuff, its all managed by the team before hand. if they were really having margin issues they would have done a lot to tackle all this, but majority dont even care coz its a win win many a times, the amount of advertisement it triggers is huge. Like those who watch it by pirating , recommend it to somebody and if that somebody is capable to get subscription he goes for it. Otherwise the makers would have needed advertisement channels which would have been costlier.

I completely agree with you. Today's generation not want to see even good bollywood movies. Examples are goodbye, uunchai & so on. Logo ko aaj sirf bhaigiri, don, badmaash wali movies dekhni hai. South india me kuchh movies aisi hi banti hai. Jinhone kafi paise kamaye the kyunki logo ko aisi hi pasand hai stupid type. Sanskari, familiar movies jo 90's me banti thi, ab nai banti.
