I started getting very sad imagining him sitting watching tv because I just started imagining the way it would affect him as a real person in front of the tube flippin channels tryin not to think about your brother not talking to you and your band splitting up. It was wierd, but it finally hit me that Oasis is over and how much older he (and we) have become. I got a bit choked up, but you never know, he may not give a shit since he's got a new band. But then again, I'd be torn up if I were him.

Look I think that Matt Pinfield is a bit of a nerd and I'm American. But ya gotta respect the guy. He was on MTV for years as a VJ and his knowledge on bands and their history is incredible. He was just an average guy that landed a great gig on MTV, now he does a radio show in New York...Not an easy market to get into or survive in and he is doing just fine. Yea the both of them are kissing a bit of ass but hey they are giving him the respect he deserves.

When Matt was a dj for MTV he played the hell out of the Definitely Maybe and Morning Glory videos. If it weren't for his support, Oasis NEVER would have gotten the profile in the States and Canada that they did.
