Happy to see the construction progressing well, the large windows will bring in natural light and the outdoors inside, the mango trees are fruiting and doing well but they might need pruning to thin it out a little, we have the Kensington mango variety in our home it was loaded with at least 75 fruit, and all the friends and wild parrots enjoyed them, the seed is very thin and is very juicy. Steve, enjoy your family and work hard to give them a good future, ignore negative people who try to bring you down, you are a successful business man don't overshare your success with others, if people need your help they will ask you. Do what makes you happy. Cheers!

Take your time constructing the house. Do research and select the best, which may cost a little more but will look much better and durable. Cheap things are expensive, it is what it is. I liked your plan of beams and blocks roof because you can do more up there in the future.

Steve j1 , With all due respect I will like to suggest to you to consult your architect to do slab or concrete roofing and later create staircase to the rooftop . You can design a rooftop for activities which will serve a lot better of purposes . It also helps u to have a view of the area . Concrete roofing might not be too expensive even though a little high cost compared to the secret rooting or the normal alluzinc . When you do a concrete roofing creating a rooftop helps you to have a unique and outstanding edifice . Do this and u will thank me later !
