I personally never tried recording from a phone but. Make sure your using the right slot and i think you have to enable some kind of developer option on your phone for it to work properly

What if you use 2 hdmi cable one for ur monitor and other for capture card. Wont windows detect it as second screen then u can use dublicate screens option and get same results but full 120 fps and no delay gameplay.

There will still be a delay being that your running the video through the capture card. But in some cases it won't merge for driver issues. But yes you can do this

It looks butter smooth on TV but on OBS even tough OBS tells me the source is in fact 60 FPS it’s not as smooth as the TV and the recording not as well. I’m doing the same. I’ve got a Chromebook as a laptop. When I record the footage on my Chromebook and check the camera roll for that video it’s really bad. If you transfer the bad quality video to google photos if should be a lot better. You can also then transfer that video onto your phone with the Google photos app.

HELLO! :D A late response here. It will only record at 60 fps, and the game is running at 60 fps. This capture card can't record at 1080p 60fps, as far as I know. You need to set it at 720p.

@@iRON90111 It dont its built in it does it no matter what, you obviously havent got one it has no affect on lag or anything. It can record back 1 hour no matter what you do. But its only 1088p or 1080 not actually 4K but it records all voices and does not cause lag.

@@AnkleMuncher makes sense it is a powerful hardware, but there are still some downsides compared to recording on a capture card, such as, needing plenty of storage ur ps5, as u said, only 1 hour of recording time, transfering to external drive takes a long time, and there are better editing softwares than sharefactory, its better to use a capture card to make sure there are no fps drops or performance drops, or any load and to not have these downsides
