He has so so many videos out there! Just as I Am, On Heavens Shore, Ghost Town, Water, The Dream, Nessun Dorma, Fall on Your Knees, and each one has David’s unique touch and showcases his perfect vocal mechanisms. His Song For Sinners at 52 years old is amazing! Have fun

Oh my goodness!!! He has many videos on You Tube. He is the best singer on the planet!!! I have followed him for 20 years and no one compares to him. His main love is singing gospel because of his love for the Lord, but he has secular music too. He composes music and does the arranging, I hope you react to many more of his songs. A more current song, "Song for Sinners", is terrific and shows his range still magnificent at age 51. Thank you.

BROS, David Phelps has become my favorite Gospel singer who enjoys sharing his Love from Above in the songs he sings! David has an entire catalogue of both Christian and secular performances to choose from. As a request, please react to "I Have Nothing", a cover of legendary Whitney Houston's solid gold hit. David is able to sing this song in the same key as Whitney Houston's! "No More Night" is another favorite; David is a master of storytelling so his audience has no question what message he's trying to convey! BTW, Bill and Gloria Gaither are Christian songwriters who have composed many popular and traditional Christian hymns which are included in Church Hymnals and other songbooks. "He Touched Me" is one of theirs. Also David Phelps has been a participant in "The Gaither Vocal Band". One popular song is "Let Freedom Ring"; a song written shortly after the 9/11 tragedy. David Phelps is a graduate of Baylor University in Texas. He is a Gospel singer. The piano player is the late Anthony Berger. You should listen to David sing "No More Night."

David has been singing his whole life. But to make use his talent professionally he attented Baylor University, received classical training, was encouraged to sing opera, (but chose not to) and graduated 'with honors'! He uses his musical training and music theory knowledge to play piano, write/compose, and arrange amazing pieces of music. He also did a series of videos about various vocal dynamics with 'New York Vocal Coaching'. I agree fully with the other recommendations for reactions or personal enrichment! This particular performance has gone viral. But even though David has numerous awards and many, many faithful 'Phelps Phans', he is a very grounded, humble and grateful person, husband and dad of four kids who also sing and record with him!

David Phelps is my absolute favorite on the planet. He is still going strong at 53. David could sing the alphabet and move people! Two more from his recent work are 'Hello Beautiful' and 'Fly Again'. Absolutely amazing, he never disappoints!!!!

The background choir are all professional gospel singers in the Gaither Gospei. Look up Bill and Gloria Gaither well known gospel music song writers. A lot of their songs are sung and known throughout the world. Look up Gaither music

The so called “Choir “ are all professional performers in the Christian and gospel industry. Bill Gaither puts these “homecoming” concerts together gathering a whole bunch of performers together to put on a concert. At the time this was filmed, David was part of the Gaither Vocal Band with Guy Pernod, Mark Lowry, and Bill Gaither. David sang with them for 8 years, then left for four years to work on his own. He came back to the vocal band in 2009 and toured for 8 more years. When he came back the lineup was slightly different. Guy had left and Michael English was singing lead. Wes Hampton was added as a tenor when David left in 2005 and stayed even when David came back. Mark was also there and of course Bill. There’s tons of David’s videos on you tube by himself and with the Gaither Vocal Band. Have fun listening, he’s the best there is! He’s classically trained but considers himself a “stylist” he does a lot of contemporary Christian and gospel but he also writes his own stuff and covers other contemporary artists. You really should check out his cover of Whitney Houston’s “I Have Nothing” it’s amazing, even better than the original.

Yes, David Phelps is anointed anointed singer. He does another song called no more night. I wouldn’t know how to forward that to you but you could find out no more nights. Glad you enjoyed it I too am a Christian from the United Kingdom.

Check out songs from Classics DVD and Stories and Songs volume1. Saw in 12/22 at Christmas concert. Still stunning. I have Nothing really shows his chops. Song for Sinners he wrote and composed. Knocked my socks off. Thanks for your reaction. David is just wows and goose bumps!!!
