Forestella was formed in September 2017. They won in November 2017 and they officially debuted in March 2018.

They are now Forestella. I saw another video that shows the part where they introduced themselves as Forestella. Mingyu goes on to say how they were Forest but a star came into their forest. He was referring to Hyungho who was so humble and embarrassed he wouldn’t look at the camera. It was really cute. Up until this point it was really about finding the 12 finalists to go through to the finals. The 4 members in the winning team of the random quartet were automatically sent through. The judges selected the final 8 to go through. These 12 contestants then picked who they wanted to be grouped with. The judges interviewed each to make their case. The judges formed the 3 teams. Now the teams have to compete against each other for the title and recording contract. ❤❤❤❤

I love the way they put the name together… the three from Forest added a new star (stella) with Hyungho. You will notice the fans don’t refer to them as four, they are the fore instead. Just a clever name all around. I have to say, I have watched the show so many times, and I still tear up when the teams are formed. The whole show is more intense with suspense (even though we know who wins), but even this abbreviated version gets to me. The judges call Mingyu the strategist, but other contestants call him a Cat. I appreciate that the joke of a cat (Mingyu) with a rocker (Hyungho) is the old “more nervous than a cat in a room full of rocking chairs” metaphor.

Que emoción me sacaron las lágrimas, ellos estaban destinados a estar juntos ❤❤ y aunque Pitta fue el último en unirse a ellos formaron una bella familia 🥰 hay un video donde relatan una anécdota donde Pitta se sentia relegado por ser el último en trabajar con ellos pero todo fue un mal entendido y lo arreglaron con el dandole un pastel y muchos abrazos, son tan adorables ❤❤
