Whoever is in focus with the camera is the one singing. They are supposedly inside a pool and doing some penguin or synchronized swimming dance. This is so different from their other MV's with lots of color and dance movement. It's very minimalist in color and dance style, but the beat is insane.

the concept of the music video is synchronized swimming under the water where you movement is very limited. you're gonna notice the tiles and the surface of the water above. and whoever is singing is the one focused on the video. the setting is 80's just like the Philippine entertainment set up in the 80's - very simple involving only two colors seen on their custome - black and white and the tv is very 80's. the choreography is very simple but trendy - something that social media trenders can easily copy and trend it like crazy. they're successful though at their goal. bravo SB19.
