This guy's idea on making jail/prison "safe" for inmates will never happen without severe mistreatment. Inmates have their own code that they CANNOT break without living in fear, and it's a tradition that's passed on down the line time and time again. That and there will always be corruption in the system, much like politics and the "business" we live in, aka America.

Great interview. I’ve been in police work and corrections for a long time. It’s really refreshing to see people who want to make a change in offenders lives. I believe that is the only way for them to change.
