This has some great food for thought; loved to hear about Ian's way of thinking about life. How he tries to work on himself and his own attitude, and how that's a continual process of self-reflection and self-mastery in a way. I think that's just very true for life in general, no matter your career, and if you try to work on your own attitude and mood and trying not to be a dick and trying to understand where other people are coming from instead of dismissing anybody as silly/stupid/whatever, you're just gonna lead a much healthier and happier life. It's hard, but probably worth it xD Just, great podcast, thank you so much!
