curious fact about this dancer is that his name is Carlitos and he is nicknamed El Solovino (The Justcamed) born on August 3, 2003 in Ciudad Obregón Sonora living in Colonia Sevilla, having congenital problems the doctors told his parents that he couldn't walk but since his father owned a nightclub sometimes he would take Carlitos and he would dance sitting down anyway, over time his condition improved and he can now walk normally and always came to parties even if no one invited him when they had many people earning his nickname, he is well-liked in his community due to his dancing skills and ability to dance for hours.

@@michthegrinder1678 I think its a great thing that metropolitan mexico in particular seems to resonate with those sounds so much. I've been looking into the mexican indie/alternative scene for a while, the earliest post punk band I'm aware of would be the group Size. Beyond them there's modern indie groups like Margaritas Podridas and Diles Que No Me Maten who are excellent and deserve their shine, I really do hope more alternative bands from Mexico can get their recognition internationally because they have a scene as vibrant as any other and some really good shit.

This has been the case since the 80’s. So much so that there was an explosion of not-so-subtle post punk rip offs at the end of the 80’s . They weren’t very good. In fact, they were awful but you couldn’t deny that they loved all of the “niurro” (New Romantic and underground) music coming out of England. Today, the homegrown alternative scene in Mexico is quite large and the bands are very good and are less derivative and shallow than the first waive of them were when I was a kid. All that said, this guy has god-level confidence even though his house has a dirt lawn. Legend.

@@DoroteoVilla i remember old mexican rock as pure thrash xd caifanes was the the unique great band from that age but they rest of bands were too... i don't know, they sucked, all the instrumental was pretty boring and horrible jajajajaja Im glad that the New alternative mexican scene have good sound and ideas
@DoroteoVilla2 жыл бұрын
@@trujilloroldancarlosarturo4281 It was a great time with terrible Mexican bands. I had a girlfriend who was a photographer and she knew some of the members of some of those same bands. With few exceptions, they were all middle to upper middle class, well-born douchebags who had fuck-all's worth of talent or originality. It just so happened that they could get their hands on imported British LPs and could pass off their watered-down version of it to people who didn't know or couldn't get for instance Ocean Rain by Echo and The Bunnymen or didn't know the difference. The first time I saw Caifanes my reaction was "who dafuq is this Roberto Esmith looking mother fucker?!". They got very big though. Bands didn't get good until the early 2000's after the first batch of bands had come and gone. No offense but as a younger man, I would shit on Cafe Tacuba whenever I had the chance. They just didn't seem very good to me, putting aside all of the imagery. The first band I ever heard that I actually appreciated that played well, had good lyrics and sang in Spanish was Parálisis Permanente. They were Spanish tho and sure, they were derivative too but they ripped. Today, with the internet, everyone in Mexico can discover all the great bands I had to work to find and re re record on tape. Alas, it's all come full circle when a Norteño band rocks to Joy Division. Never dreamed I'd ever see that even if it's contrived.
@trujilloroldancarlosarturo42812 жыл бұрын
@@DoroteoVilla this and all the underground rock which was Made on the 70, i know they were activists and wanted to send a message but it was amateur and crappy, well, they came from middle and lower clases who didnt have too much access to many things but early mexican rock kinda sucks, of course,all of this evolved
