you know how you can tell when an actor thoroughly enjoys the character they play? Ian is the epitome of that. every second he's on screen, he steals the show. despite his age, he had such an incredible energy and enthusiasm that you rarely see.

Best part of the prequels as we know for his machinations but just go rewatch his ligtsaber skills and how he moves, we know alot is probally stunt actors but the characters pure lethal intent with his lightsaber dicipline, forget what one he uses now but Ian sells it in his face and movement. We know he becomes the emperor and has force lightening because of Jedi. The first time we see him in physical action you see he also a skilled fighter, he takes 3 masters out in seconds and is only bested by a Jedi Master who didnt do a lot of fighting in the films himself.
