Your snatches remind me so much of Sagir. You appear to have trouble with the pull, then you are under the bar in a split second! So damn fast!

I can appreciate tall lifters with long arms. You have plenty of room to grow with even that much more speed and power. I'm excited for you!

Way to stay consistent. A lot of the other younger lifters keep falling off the map and getting injured. Nice to see you're always making progress and training smart. Maybe you'll catch Wesley Barnett.

The main problem facing Ian is that he is too tall for the 105 class and doesn't have the bone structure for a superheavy. If there was a 120 or 264 lb class that would be perfect for him. There would also be a lot of good lifters who would benefit from such a class.

I really like seeing americans olympic lift. They are so funny, jumping forwards and all. They should try and learn the proper technique and then maybe they will get a medal in the olympics.

you might be able to sit on the can if you could squat below parallel.

this man's technique is excellent...with additional strength he will be among best in the world
@53i59 жыл бұрын
Paul Travis he's already very strong, he muscled that snatch. His technique is absolute trash, compare him to the lifters who actually make it to the Olympics.
@stevenewald99719 жыл бұрын
53i5 Show some fucking respect. He is one of the best lifters in the United States and he is very young. Go live in one of those other countries with those phenomenal weightlifters if you are going to trash talk fellow Americans.
