What do you think personally should we have death PENALTY or not?? My opinion is below: Actually in present time we have no option but to give death PENALTY. Thinking from victims side death penalty looks very good. But from accussed side is looks very bad. If I was the accussed (Kasab Terrorist) and I was given death penalty i will think it as a bad thing. From kasab perspective whatever he did it was correct he was trained to do it. His circumstances were different than our circumstances. He was poor. He did got good or may be any education. I will ask judges who give death penalty to kasab to live a life of kasab exactly in same circumstances in same time period. Who knows judges will be some even more dangerous than Kasab was. Thinking for innocent victims that for killed by kasab was something bad. If i was one the victim i would feel bad. I would also want kasab to be killed brutally. But from Kasab perspective you Cannot deny that whatever he did was correct for him. He got money for doing what he did. He was trained to do it. He was mentally physically prepared to do it. We people, judges see that as a third party. And we see the whole thing. Well for deterrent and saving more lives we have no option but to either give him death or life imprisonment but again we give his death only because we have no other option. If we could erase his memory and make his fit for rehabilitation we could have done it. More important argument that Is against the death penalty from my side is: HUMAN CAN DO ANYTHING. HUMAN CAN DO RAPE MURDERS SUICIDE MASS MURDERS ETC. But for our safety we have to kill them or give them life imprisonment and I understand that. But I really also think we should make create a would where anything is possible. Murders rapes roberry going to moon flying etc. If there would have been some other way to stop a criminal to effect people we would have used it. What could be other ways ?? 1. Erasing their specificmemory could be one so they can no longer continue to do what they were doing. Making them for humans.
