31:09 i think A will have the lowest boiling point because C is an alkene, rest all are alkanes.. am i wrong??

i think she mentioned before that all of them are alkanes, so that means C was a cycloalkane, they have the formula CnH2n. or if it was an alkene it still has less C and less H so less electrons and vanderwaals forces would be lower.

i think cycloalkanes also have less contact points so the boiling point would be lower

miss why does z-hex-3-ene-1-ol not make h bonds with water?
@Alienokojigaming9 ай бұрын
i am also confused about that part . Do you have any idea now why it doesn't ?

Me too does anyone have an idea..

@@TalalAlnaimi The z-hex-3-ene-1-ol does form hydrogen bonds with water, but due to the larger non-polar part of the molecule it does not interact well with water and is therefore, sparingly soluble, where in the other hand this non-polar part interacts well with the ethanol molecule's non polar part and also forms hydrogen bond with ethanol which makes z-hex-3-ene-1-ol completely miscible with ethanol
