If disability certificate is issued by competent authority with requisite designations,legally nothing can be done.Dont believe in casting aspersions in someones health issues like whether she is under medications/treatment etc which I know nothing about.But OBC certificate issue can invite trouble for her as the family income is too high as per media reports.
