I m a aspirant & working as an ot technician in ivf centre, Not everybody got ivf success it has only a 50:50 chances.Now a days Hospitals also comes under corporate. There is no dignity in corporate workplace.

It's not about spending bro, it's all about your mental ability and logical thinking to crack the exams. Persons whom trained by instituites are not guaranteed to any posts. If you have aspiration, disciplined schedule of study and factors knowing what to study and approach of content, everyone might clear the exams without the help of instituitions. But one thing, you should have your own exposure on clearing exams. But through instituitions, you'll gain exposure and experience of others to clear the exams more easily(in terms of duration to clear the exam).
