Good job and this message is the need of the hour. When I see today's IAS/IPS officers, I remember people like Rakesh Maria ji of Maharashtra cadre. Former IPS, police commissioner of Mumbai, that man's life is such an example! He faced so many challenges in his career, so much hurdles and without creating any kind of fuss he reached at the position where he deserved. It's alright that social media was not so evolved at that time when he served, like nowadays. But still, if he would have wanted to make a show of everything he did he could have easily done it through various means. But he was never such kind of guy... Even today ask any person who served under that officer or the common people of Mumbai. They talk so much highly of Rakesh Maria ji! Those are the kind of people who define these kind of administrative services... At least I believe that.

bhai tum manoge nahi but In January while I was going to my college I just took the Government state bus to travel in my city for college and it hardly take 2-3 minutes for the next stop and at that moment I was learning how I can book a bus ticket online via app, I installed and started giving permission and all but suddenly a few man came into the bus and started asking for ticket. I was booking and asking for details from my friend (we were 3). They asked us for ticket one of my friend booked already and was guiding me other was just standing idk his reason because I felt so bad on that day. I was buying ticket from my phone and was explaining the situation to them. But instead of understanding they started snatching away my mobile, So I don't book any ticket. They took my phone ordered me and me 2nd friend to get off the bus with a few more people and 1 of them was a student of other college/uni. He was being threatened in front of me that if you will not give us 200 for fine, they'll take him to police station, etc. They didn't threatened us like that (me and my friend) they were not giving me my phone even asking them for giving my phone around 5-7 minutes. I literally thought I am stuck in a bad situation. They were not returning the phone to me but somehow I told one of their man about the situation he gave me my phone and me and my friend paid them 400 INR to them. I really started hating to travel in these buses and decided that I will never ever travel in them. The ticket costs only around 15 the price isn't the issue, Issue is these kind of greedy people who ask for money and they threaten people like us. This really happened for the first time with me and I never travelled without a ticket. What can I even do if I will not buy the ticket just of 15rs?

Deep Bhai great video! I wanted to inform you of one more thing, remember the series Khakee, the actual policeman faced a lawsuit and his job came in danger on grounds of getting extra benefits using their uniform after the series was aired. So under the same thing these people can also be booked and even suspended if government found them misusing their power or flexing it. Any extra income generated besides the job of IAS and IPS is a criminal offence and they can be booked, they can either do this after retirement or after resigning from their job, hence what they are doing is sort of illegal as they are not providing any info rather they are showing their powers.

Well i m an aspirant too and i know how difficult it is to crack exam but thats also true that flex toh kr rhe hain log aaj kl thoda zyada jbki unko public domain se thoda dur rhna chahiye. When they do consult and discuss in public for resolving any issue or implementation of policies they can make video for keeping a record of all the activities in case something weong happens they canuse that as an evidence too but this social media thing is not ok koi fark hona chahiya unme or influencers mein

Wt an amazing video man. I do get the point tht these ias officers sacrifice all their adulthood just to clear the exams and then they do want to experience the things they have missed on while preparing for exams but got to be humble which really makes the difference. But on the other hand i have seen soo many videos of coaching institutes motivating the aspirants by not telking them the opportunity they get by clearing the exam as they can serve the country and contribute in making of a developed nation rather they tell the power u get u can exploit the power ppl will respect u, u can make money, ias is the only job which is respected, u will have 10's of cars following u everywhere blah blah arre bhai raja bana hai ki civil servant. The concept of ias or other reputed civil ranks have lost its value these days its all become a meager way to baost about where ur mom ans dad can rant about their son or daughter being an ias front of their family and friends or the power and authority u posses by being an ias. Cut thie crap man i feel its one the toughest exams as the seats are limited and there are lakhs out there who appera for it which is wt makes it really hard to crack cause u got to be in the top 1% amongst the 13L aspirants. While amongst these aspirants the majority of them are there only for the power they will excise but not for the sake to serve the country....
