These board members donot do justice to the students because lack of parity w.r.t other board i.e someone is same capability scoring 180+ while a in s so called strict board or i would say egomaniac person, only give you 120. This means you will be no where in the final pdf...

I am a little confused about the motives of this man. On one hand, he claims that adoption of uniform goals kills diversity that's why a large number of aspirants for UPSC means our youth is headed in the wrong direction. On the other hand, he also interviews people from civil services. I think people are not desperate but dying to look different. There are some who attach themselves with UPSC in a way that this profession becomes their life. Ofcourse being at that position gives them enough distinction. Then there are people like this man, and many others madams and sirs who have left civil services for whatever reasons because they want to stand even taller than the regular civil servants.
