@@nishantkapil no bro i told in the refrence of supreme power till district even some times mla is heavy on IAS but you know beureaucracy, their are some constitutional mechanisim like (chief election commisioner, cabinet secretary) especially these 2 mentioned are very powerful post even they can rufuse to any type of work to any demoracratic constitutional post whether prime min. or chief minster. CEC is elected for 3 years min. or 5 years maximum before getting another takeover by another IAS for instance, take for, t n shessian read about him. if ias is given more reforms like stay in atleast any type of portfolio or transfer stay before being held on any post or after. there is no one who get it without having consultation. But you we are democracy not aristocracy or whatever so that is why politicians are give more powers than that of an IAS and it is correct that leaders have more powers because they are elected and utmost. if powere were divided into leader or an ias so what would be the use of that, if ias are given more powers or apni baat chalenge sara din fir democracy na hoti.
