Hello! I have a question for number 7. I completely understand your method of approach..but I was wondering, to find the area of this large triangle (which is right-angled), couldn't I find the area by taking the base as GI (p+6), the height as KI (q+8)...which would give me 0.5(p+6)(q+8)...would this also be correct?

Hi! for question 6, why isnt the rounding for the side 56.49 and 82.49? I though when a number had .5 it was rounded up?
@GingerMathematician Жыл бұрын
Hi Leleu because we are looking for the bound. You could have said 56.499999999... so we take 56.5 and then say everything below it, easier to write down :-)

@@GingerMathematician did you find the paper on IGCSE reddit yet?

I saw the thread for the 43 paper only; I'd prefer to get them officially from Cambridge and they come out on the 18th January 👍 I can also then see the official Grade Boundaries

at question 6, how could u come up with angles 107.5 and 102.5? I didnt get that

Because it is rounded to the nearest 5 degrees, you need to think about what are the upper and lower bounds that round to 105 degrees 🙂
