Thank you for this review because I wanted to know about the pressure it takes to play it 😊

I have a Godin LaPatrie Hybrid CW. They don’t make them anymore but it’s been with me for several years.

Is it good as classical guitar for kids?
@Johnlowery_music Жыл бұрын
I think it would work good depending on the size of the child's hands as it is the same size neck as most steel string acoustics and definitely not as wide as most classical guitars. It will be much softer on the child's fingers while building them up.

Nice sound. Do they make a left handed version?

I’m not sure, but it’s a nice guitar for the money.

Hi . Does it have a truss rod
@Johnlowery_music3 жыл бұрын
Yes. I had my guy adjust, but I didn’t like the action so I had him put it back to original setting.

How that works in flamenco?
@Johnlowery_music3 жыл бұрын
I don't play flamenco, but I'm sure it would do the job. Keep in mind it does have a smaller neck more like a dreadnought than a classical guitar.
@vonheiz3 жыл бұрын
@@Johnlowery_music that was my concern. Some flamenco techniques can be difficult because strings are closer each other.
@ItsRyan265 Жыл бұрын
@@vonheizI got one recently. Even though the neck is smaller, the space between the strings is plenty to work with for flamenco stuff.

@@Johnlowery_music I would if I didn't live in the UK and I could be asked to sign up. It isn't described as AEG10N11 either. So I will just and pray something pops up on gumtree or Ebay if it's his will I have one. But thanks for letting me know anyhow.

@@guitarnotator Check out Ibanez's new nylon string electric that just came out. They are a little pricier but may be a good fit for you. . kzbin.info/www/bejne/aHylk3x-eJaZndk

@@Johnlowery_music Thanks. I like the look of the FRH10N. So for me it's whatever comes first used for under 200 dollars (around £170) I probably have little luck of getting one of these for this price but may be in luck with the AEG1011N or 50. Or one of the GA. I prefer the AEG10N11N because it has the smallest nut so easiest to play. Meanwhile I will keep noodling on the electric.

Whats wrong with the lead action? To high , to low??
@jtlmusic4 жыл бұрын
Rob King maybe too high, but I don’t really play lead with it. More picking and strumming.

don't understand why they put an eq and phase in acoustic guitars ? if an acoustic had a speaker , it would sound great , but it doesn't of course when you can plug it in to an amp , your amp HAS an eq and a phase most of the time , even the simple ones ... so why put it directly on the guitar , when the amp's eq and phase are of better quality ? that's just weird to me
@sasha_________4 жыл бұрын
I guess it is usefull if you dont want to invest in an amp or if you want to play outside without your amp for exemple.
@Chaps_Jr4 жыл бұрын
It's much easier to adjust EQ on the preamp while playing on stage. Keeps you from having to fumble around with the amp (which may also be dialed in for another guitar) on a dark stage. As for a phase switch, it can cut out any feedback. As soon as the guitar starts to resonate with the amp, you hit the phase switch and it stops. That feature is incredibly useful when you have to play next to a loud amp.
