Ibara Is Amazing....WHEN SHE ACTUALLY WORKS | My Hero Ultra Rumble

Ibara got buffed which is nice but she wasn't fixed. Even if she was fixed she's heavily outclassed cut her fellow supports on top of having no mobility even her insta revive has better alternatives being cementoss and tsu who both have the tolls to make sure they can insta revive in a safe space. Where do you think ibara is currently?

Shiozaki main here. I like playing her for the challenge I guess. Some characters feel like you can just push one button and win, but Ibara really needs to position well and know the game to succeed. Also she's incredible in 1v1s (depending on the match up of course). Solo mode was the most fun I had with her ngl. She could benefit from a quirk set though. Some ideas I think could work and wouldn't be impossible for her quirk to manage: Alpha: A short to midrange whip attack (like Momo's alpha or the monowire from Cyberpunk). You can charge it up to unleash all bullets at once for high damage. Beta: This can be many things: 1) A ground AOE attack that damages and can crawl up walls (and maybe Ibara can use the "wall vines" to sprint up them since she controls them?) 2) A spinning attack of vines that hit's all around her. 3) Vine traps that can grab enemies and do damage. Gamma, a few idea: 1) A dome of vines that traps an enemy inside (they can fight their way out) and does damage. Ibara walk in and out as she pleases. 2) A wall of vines that blocks an area and damages enemies that get too close. Like Cementos, it can be saped differently. 3) Ibara can cocoon herself in vines where she is invincible but stationary. When the timer runs out, she she shoots out a bunch of thorns to hurt anyone around her. 4) A mobility option that might work is she tunnels underground and disrupts the earth, hurting anyone in her path. Then she reappears elsewhere. That's all I got.

I saw on a Reddit recently and they said it’d be cool if she can shoot vines underground and it’ll pop back up underneath the enemy and a personal idea that I had is if she could use her gamma to make a gigantic pillar that only she can Stand on since it’s made of thorns or some movement like making vines to zip line across the stage

Bro exactly when she work Ibara becomes the best counter to every character because her vine goes through perfect example Dabi ring of fire I swear they don’t buff ibara what she needs. That reloaded buff she got is good but what’s the point of her alpha and beta don’t hit people sometimes when you directly close to the enemy it’s to slow to hit people they have all day to Dodge and just sit there because it doesn’t hit them. This is my favorite character in this game but she don’t work sometimes sadly.

Every Ubara ive faced is cracked, her grab always connects from angles it shouldn't, ive been grabbed from behind her, far away from her, on either side of her an all of these happened after she missed! It just gravitates me into the ball even though Im not close enough to be hit. Her alpha range an damage is nuts when ut hits, but never works at all for me.

Yeah, Ibara's beta is super powerful 220 damage when maxed might be the single highest hitting thing in the game.

Having no mobility is ok, I don't think every character should be able to fucking fly but omg her hitboxes are SO JANKY like sometimes i can guard brake with like 150 damage or sometimes it does like 25 idk why it's so random and inconsistent

The 10 ko badge on Ibara is not for everyone -the guy who complained all season 3 for a fix on ibara alpha (me) Yeah, with someone on the front line ibara can cook, but like i always say, since i play with her everyday since she's been fixed, she can 1v1 and 2v1 probably, but if someone is on the front line getting the "aggro" she can cook. Still yeah idk but her beta sometimes doesnt hit, specially if u are above someone

@@Akarapap1 probably u know the term aggro, if not, basically is attracting all the attention, make them focus on u, if u played some adventure mmo's, the "guardian" class is the responsible of getting all the aggro from the mobs Now on this game, is basically a teammate making the enemy team focus too much on him while u shoot them on the back with ibara

@@Akarapap1 like u said, Ibara most weak spot is on her mobility, so id say always maintain some blue card on u, it can make u escape sometimes (or catch someone off guard healing bcause they think Ibara cant climb) I play on pc, my priority on quirk is first of all, maximize the alpha, and ALWAYS AIM YOUR SHOTS, ibara alpha without aiming is kinda bugged, but the aimed shot isnt, so if u have good aim, u will hit the shots 99% of the time After alpha comes beta, its basically a "get off me" move, and deals pretty good dmg, on plus ultra i saw it deal 86dmg per tick, and i think it has 6-7 ticks, that's a lot of dmg, it helped me to get some ko's lol, and on close quarters it bounces off the walls so its effective, its a good defense agaisnt most quirks, like denki gamma or Lida kick I mostly dont use the gamma, its a move that requieres your team surrounding u, that mostly doesnt happen, but it works sometimes when someone activates plus ultra Also, all her attacks has superarmor on them So yeah, playing solo is basically alpha>beta>gamma or lv up your red/blue card And hmm, my last tip is basically if u're on a 1v1, spam the beta, most ppl after u make them hit the ground, will wake up on ur direction, time it well and they basically stand no chance, after ur beta is on cooldown use ur alpha and then get closer again for the beta spam Nothing else i guess, i hope u can understand what i said lmao

@@Akarapap1 froppys, using the beta, sometimes it lands, sometimes it doesnt, still the best counter is to get inside a building lol, or go for a grab with the gamma, still the best option is dodge until u get inside a tiny building, or in any tiny space, as long as it has tiny to no space lol
