Requirements for Attestation of SSC/HSSC Certificate(s).
Remove plastic coating before depositing certificates for attestation.
First verify certificates from the issuing boards.
Fill out online Application Form for Attestation.
Deposit prescribed attestation fee in United Bank Limited (UBL).
Visit IBCC office on given appointment time alongwith the certificate(s) you want to attest and verified certificate(s) from the concerned Exam Board/authority in a sealed envelope.
B-Form or CNIC of the Applicant
Requirements for Attestation of School Leaving Certificate(s).
Progress report issued by the school concerned.
School Leaving Certificate duly attested by EDO (Edu)/DEO/Concerned Directorate of Education.
CNIC/B-Form of the Applicant.
Note: Grade 9 or 10 showing as passed through the school is not entertainable as these grades are to be passed through an external exam body.
Attestation of Educational Certificates/Diplomas
The Government of Pakistan has authorized IBCC to attest certificates / diplomas at Secondary and Higher Secondary / Intermediate levels, awarded by all Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education and Boards of Technical Education in Pakistan and other such Boards at Secondary and Higher Secondary levels.
Rules:
Make an Appointment or select the Courier option through the IBCC Attestation Portal (attest.ibcc.edu.pk).
All the SSCs, HSSCs, Diplomas, Shahadat-ul-Saanviat-ul-Aama, Shahadat-ul-Saanviat-ul-Khasa, Marks Sheets, School Leaving Certificate etc. should be got verified from the issuing authority/Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education/Board of Technical Education concerned before submitting it to IBCC for attestation. IBCC will attest only those certificates which have been verified by the respective issuing authority.Verification should be submitted in sealed envelope of concerned Board along with application for attestation of Certificates .Verification forwarded by every Board shall be valid for a period of six months from the date of issue.
Only the certificates of those Private Schools/Colleges/institutions will be attested which are either affiliated with a Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Board of Technical Education or registered with Directorate of Education. The applicant will get the document verified from the respective BISE, BTE and Directorate of Education etc. before depositing the same with IBCC. He will provide proof of such Affiliation or Registration e.g. copy of Affiliation/Registration Certificate/letter etc.
If the certificate is found genuine, is okay in all respects and meet requirements of Rules of IBCC, BISE, BTE, Government, respective institution(s) etc. it will be attested and delivered on the same working day of the date of deposit.
Copy of SSC (Matric) Certificate must be deposited for attestation of HSSC Certificate/ Diploma.
In case of need, clarification, doubt or any fact/particular/thing about certificate is not clear it will be attested after verification and meeting the necessary requirements.
If any certificate submitted to IBCC is found fake/bogus after verification by the IBCC, it will be forfeited and will not be returned to the applicant and necessary action under the Rules of IBCC will be taken against the applicant/holder of the certificate.
Attestation of Original Certificate(s) is compulsory.
Photocopy of the certificate will be attested after attestation of original certificate.
Applicants from the provinces of Baluchistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab and Sindh will submit their certificates for attestation to the Regional Offices of IBCC located at all Provincial Headquarters i.e. Quetta, Peshawar, Lahore, Bahawalpur and Karachi. Name, Designation, Address, Phone and Fax numbers of Regional Offices.
Certificates for attestation will be accepted from the holder of the certificate, parents, brothers and sisters only.
Attested Certificates will be delivered to the holder of the certificate, parents, brothers and sisters only.
Please remove plastic coating before depositing certificate. Certificates with plastic coating will not be accepted.
Please obtain a Challan Form from Window Office for depositing fee in a Bank. It is free of cost.
Fee of Rs.1200/- will be charged for attestation of each original certificate /document w.e.f. 1st June, 2022.
Fee of Rs.600/- will be charged for attestation of each copy of original certificate/document
