Where does C of O land fall into in the Acquisition Report? You didn't mention it.

For C OF O, irrespective of the part you are purchasing on the ibeju lekki Acquisition Report, your surveyor should approach Land Bureau to find out if you can get C OF O in that particular location, if the government does not have any plan for implementation then your C OF O will be approved.

Starting From Abijo, if you keep driving straight down along lekki Epe Expressway, Ibeju lekki local government ends just before you cross the Popular Epe Bridge, Once you cross that Epe Bridge you’re no longer within ibeju lekki local government area. Also starting from Abijo, if you get to Eleko junction and you’re driving towards the refinery all that axis is within the ibeju lekki local government area until you get to Ogun-Lagos Border Town.

Great video and analysis. I just subscribed to your channel. So would you say those estates like Itunu, Tiara, Amen 3, etc, around the airport are titled land, free and safe to buy?

On the Ibeju Lekki Acquisition Report, all this estate are all under different Government Schemes, Mostly Aiyetoro and Ilamija, LASG will not leave such lands to be free, what developers do is that they approach Land Bureau and get Government Allocation C OF O on the hectares of Land they are launching their estates on. For you to know if it is safe to buy or not, when marketing all this developers will say they have C of O, what you should do is send your surveyor to the site he will take coordinate and let you know the right status on the land, also ensure you don't use the coordinate sent to you by the company.

Do you also still need to get/apply for a C of O? Thanks for your patience and time. Are you also a surveyor and provide surveying services?

For Excision, let me use this instance to Explain. When the houses that had good titles was to be demolished and compensated by LASG and FG for the construction of the coastal road, the people that were called was Family that own the excised land, in lagos state government record, they don’t know you as the rightful owner. So Approved and Gazetted Excision Is Safe, But If The Government Should need it in the future, they don’t know you as the rightful owner. I’m not a surveyor, but if you need the service of a trusted surveyor, our Surveyor can work with you, I’m a realtor, I sell properties in this locations, got to know this things after several transactions.
