Okay not to nerd out but I hope yall read this! I had to stop the video when you were talking about how you make lists when you get overwhelmed. That is actually a practice in psychotherapy called 'Value Based Actions'. You are given a list of "core values" (you can find it if you Google like, 'core values worksheet therapy') and then any time you are overwhelmed, or stressed about making a decision, you go back to your list of 5 core values and think, "does this align with my values?" If it doesn't, it isn't a priority. Your values change of course depending on the stage of life you are in, so it's important to be flexible and keep an open mind. But it makes your every day life and decisions feel so much less stressful, and really keeps you on your mission. Anyway! I just thought that it was really interesting that big bro was pretty much implementing that on his own without even knowing that. I would encourage everyone to really look into Action Based Values, it's something that seems so simple but really really helps. I keep my list on my phone or in my wallet so I'm always reminded. love your brain y'all, you deserve it
