All personal was very friendly. Room service is 5 star.

Thanks for the video, going here at the end of May. This will be our first time to this resort, we've been to a couple on the north end of Cancun before. Hope they lighten up on the covid test come back to the US. Seems kind of unnecessary since we're taking a charter flight there. Was the lazy river closed? Hope its open in May, that's pretty much my speed for vacation.

I was wondering do you know if they have activates or shows after 10 pm ? I seen some family resorts that don't have anything to do for kids that like to to stay up past 10 pm

Quick question when staying at the Beach resort are the new green waterslides accessible or is that for Maya and Paraiso Lindo only like the wave pool? Taking kids with me and they would love to know! I would stay at the Maya but the 14 day stay for the 4 of us is 2600 more for the same amount of time. There isn’t much a nightlife even without COVID. It’s a daytime type of place. We met a few other couples at night to party with but not very many.
