@@peculiar_wood it’s pretty easy you’ll need water, a pen that you can sacrifice, cotton tips, aluminium foil and tape. 1.Take the ink thingy out of the pen and replace it with the cotton tip (if it doesn’t fit then cut the bottom at an angle) 2. Use the tape to secure the cotton tip (Make sure only a small section of cotton is covered by tape) 3- Use some aluminium foil and wrap it around the pen (it doesn’t have to be fully covered you can leave the bottom empty. Just make sure it’s tightly wrapped and touches the cotton) 4-Add a drop of water to the cotton and your ready to go (make sure your fingers are in contact with the foil. If the stylus stops working add another drop of water)

Tip for today: Clipping is a good pin to use, but once you remove clipping, the colouring sticks out. Instead, you can use Alpha Lock! It's like clipping but doesn't need any new layers. Just click the alpha lock on the undercoat and draw! Once you remove the Lock, the colours stay! Thank you for reading!

I'm still relatively new to the whole "clipping" thing. Does it basically keep one layer in place and doesn't change it whilst you can use another layer to add things underneath the clipped layer?

Clipping is still better .you can just merge the clipping layer,also you can use things like add and multiply.

@@sadiauddin8701 I use alpha lock and clipping together usually for hair coloring so the color doesnt just fly around my screen. It depends on you, whatever you are comfortable with.

I really appreciate the fact that the video shows practical applications for the brushes and not just how to make them. The Sakura brush is obvious and great but folks wouldn't see the value of the lineart pen if it wasn't shown in use. Honestly, the tutorials for Ibis make me think I cannot put off learning it any longer, and that my life would improve like crazy if I used it.

Well. Technically you can do that. Just go to the custom brushes area and you will find your recently used brushed. Or you can add the brushes you will use to your custom brushes by clicking the (+) sign for easy access
