No offense,but they've started to give out notifacations around the time that they've made new videos from the app itself and the people who use it.They probably do it to inform users about their channel to get more support.But anyways,I guess you're just an IbisPaint user.For the coincidence thing,I think Misa's(the artist of it...I think) going to do the whole proccess of this drawing,like a speed paint,except in parts,which are exactly convenient enough to be used for tutorials.My vote is that that's just the order that she may or may not usually go through,so maybe it's only timing.

This is pretty helpful. Although, I would also suggest this way. I replaced the blending modes with some other ones: - Darken -> Multiply - Soft Light -> Colour Dodge And I also add some highlights into it as a finishing touch. Draw the highlights and set the blending mode to Add.

This was extremely helpful! I use IbisPaint all the time for digital art.....but I usually draw dragons or non-human things (I have drawn a few with human body structures, but they’re not quite human). I think this would really be helpful once I’m able to draw an actual human! And this looks good to use with animal fur too! Tysm!

To be fair, even if you follow the tutorial, there's no such guarantee or magic that'll happen such as you suddenly know how to do it by watching it once. I tried it first time but also studying her ways at the same time, cost me a lot of time but this is good if you want to be bit more serious on learning more. You can't just watch a tutorial and be like "Oh! This is easy! I can do this!" It can took a month or more to get used to the colouring/shading, not to mention that you're gonna learning colour curve, Hue Shift, etc etc, that can take up to extra 3 month or more to understand at least one of those... I myself still a noob artist, but I won't just give up and say "god! Art is so hard to make!", No it's not hard if you don't try hard enough.

this is very confusing to me because when i started to use the blending mode to soft light after airbrushing the hair, it went back to lighter color again when i set it up at the beginning, like showing no shadow pattern at all. Wat is it that i've done wrong? I follow the intructions and it makes no sense to me the way that happen.

Pretty late response but she went back to using 'Pen (fade)' brush with the purple color, the one she used before the eraser--(if u notice the tool section)
