If you want a nice tip on the Stylus, you could just wrap a pen/pencil with foil/chip bags and make the sharp part of the pen/pencil look nice and not too sharp with the foil

I make my stylus in a different way, which is taking a pencil, cotton, water, salt, tape and aluminum foil First I take the pencil and take the tip, Then I take the water and put a little salt inside and soak the cotton in this liquid, then I take off the excess cotton and put it on the tip of the pencil and take a strip of aluminum foil and roll it up The cotton and I keep rolling up to a part that you can hold well. Then I tape it so it doesn't come out and that's it, your pen is ready

There's a quicker way, squish the foil from the bag onto the tip of pencil and wrap the around it (leaving the tip with foil) and it should also work, if not, then enable glove mode in the settings, it should bump up the touch rate, which should make the screen more sensitive to the touch.
