Turning TC off and holding clutch down should allow you to rev over the soft limiter. Works on most VAG platforms 👍🏻

I am thinking o just doing a black box delete. Do I have to do anying angle grinding or welding. As I want to be able to do it at home without welding or angle grinding and to make it easy for car to go back stock easy as possible. Any tips?

Did this on my 2021 Ibiza, really improved the car, got rid as non stop electrical issues on a brand new car

Does the back box slide out or have to be cut as i want a back box delete but i bought the warranty with the car so id have to have a clip on clip off back box ?

Hi mate how you doing, I’ve got the exact same car and was wondering does a res delete and a back box delete mean the car is then straight piped cause if that’s the case wouldn’t it fail the mot

Having a res and back box delete is perfectly fine. You can even have a cat delete and still be good for MOT (providing your car can pass emissions after the cat delete). It's not illegal in the UK to have a straight through system - although if you make too much noise in front of a police officer having a bad day, they might stop you and tell you to fix it. I think you can go as loud as 74db.

@@brakefit does having a backbox and resonator delete effect the car in anyways such as power/fuel etc etc

@@brakefit I've gotten the resonator removed on my 1.4 tsi and as with this car it barely makes a difference going to get the backbox removed tmoz can't wait to see what happens

I’ve got an ibiza fr 1.2, just wondering if just a back box delete (no res delete) would make much difference to the sound? I don’t want anything too loud just something sounding better and smoother, I don’t know much about cars so if someone could let me know that would be great 👍

@@favela4eva @danielgabica861 - I can promise, eco mode it was still loud. This is my car haha, When going home late at night i would take my car out of gear and go into neutral and let it roll to be quiet.
