Is it possible to share a use case with video of the agent call flow. Ie let’s see all of these things described in action? Also, can you recommend the best free online training to get Generative AI certified on these general uses for a contact center solution architect? I need a high level understanding of successful generative AI solutions that are in use currently, and the time and cost to deploy.
