Causes and how to repair the Suzuki Smash, Shogun sp 125 lost ignition and died completely.
The first step we have to do is check the ignition line there must be a current with the red wire from the battery plus or kiprok going to the konyak key. And check the current output from the contact after it goes into the cdi socket with brown color.
And for the kiprok socket:
1. white wire red line make sure there is current from the spool, check the kiprok socket on the right.
2. the red wire at the bottom right of the kiprok socket, make sure there must be a current. And it goes into the battery plus and into the contacts.
3. the black and white line is the time for the kiprok in the upper left socket, make sure it is connected to the tangka or motor body.
4. The yellow wire with the white line in the mains socket of the lamp from the spool enters the kiprok below the left and exits again through the yellow wire into the on of switch.
And if the red cable kiprok socket and the kiprok have to be plugged in then there is no battery current without the plus battery installed then the kiprok is damaged.
for the cdi path:
1. the orange cable is the current for the battery after the contact is on, make sure it goes into the cdi socket.
2. Blue wire yellow line as the pulser.
3. Green wire white line as negative pulser.
4. black wire with white line as time for cdi and make sure it must be connected to the frame or motor body.
5. the white wire, the blue line, is the ignition current from the CDI that goes to the coil. Make sure there is current. And if there is no current, the CDI is hit or damaged.
