Sir mera graduation 2016 me complete hua hai uske bad ek sal maine kuch nhi kiya fir state service MPSC try kiya Maharashtra state se...fir kuch na hone ki vjh se bank exams preparation kr rhi hu ...2021 me maine ibps so afo post ke liye interview diya tha lekin final 1.5 se reh gaya tha....fir muze bank job to chahiye tha so main krte gayi preparation bhot exams diye prelims mains lekin final abhi tak nhi hua....iss bar main apna gap kaise justify karu plzzz bataye...iss bar krna hi hai ..bs last try hai mera ye ....bhot mushkilse main yaha tak ayi hu ...plz help me how to justify my gap...job leke independent banane ke liye maine shadi bhi nhi ki hai but ye last try hai ab gharvale rukne wale nhi...muze jo life chahiye wo isse milegi bhot hopeful hu iss bar

Get the obc ncl by hook or crook, they won't entertain you if you don't produce it, organizations are very particular when it comes to reservation that is the reason.

Uske liye kaise kya krna h dono paper kaise de skte h agar ibps po clear hua sbi ni hua toh baad mei SBI po k liye phir se try nhi kr skte h kya ? Plus agar dono clear ho Jaye toh kaise kya scene hota h

Agar aap SBI ka prep krre ho toh IBPS ka paper dene mein koi loss nahi hai kyunki syllabus toh dono ka same hai.

You just need NOC from your employer.

you need NOC if you are employed with govt. firm but in your case as you are employed with private employer then you have to provide experience certificate if you left the job, and if you are currently working then provide your joining letter.
