I am a fresher in banking exam but trying to ans this question next year i will be there in the interview😊😊 why we need RRB when we already have PSB main objective to form RRB is to develope rural area Public sector bank--> If they brings any scheme that will be followed in every part of india. but every rural part of india have different issue, so our scheme should be according to the requirement of that particular area RRB brings different scheme for different state according to the requirement of farmers, people of that particular area. in short PSB's scheme are same all over the india whereas RRB works region wise
