i done my gdn in 2017(nov) and got selected in LIC as officer in 2021(April) but I've only 48% in gdn that's why i did another graduation in BA 2018-2021(august) with 60%....i have 3 years of experience in LIC and a UG degree , am i eligible for scale 2?
